COMMUNITY FOLDER ON SCHOOL SERVER

Follow the following steps to find the Community Folder on your Mac.

Open Finder, then look on left hand navigation menu (where arrow is in image) and find Shared

  1. Click on s661ncs1 - You might need to All first
  2. Click on Groups
  3. Click on Community
  4. Then choose staff or student

The Staff Area in the Community Folder is a safe and more 'acceptable' location to store/share FOIPable data, rather than in Google Drive. The only downside is that it is housed at school and not accessible from home.

PLEASE REMEMBER: You will only be able to find the community folder when at school.
